How to Start a Return

Return Steps

  1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Customer Support.

  2. You will receive a prepaid return label. Print it and affix it securely to your package.

  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Return the opened or unopened product to the address below within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
